Expanding the scope of TSMS software

April 25, 2001 – OperationIT is releasing its new RazorMatch software next week to further enhance and automate the process of locating qualified IT applicants through its site. When an applicant responds to a job listing on OperationIT the RazorMatch system will scan that company’s entire list of job postings and will now submit that candidate for all of the positions they are qualified for.

The RazorMatch systems draws off the detailed Applicant Profile data collected when an applicant adds his/her information to the OperationIT system. The RazorMatch feature works by comparing an Applicant’s choices for location, education, years experience, certifications, category, pay and type of employment against the criteria in job listings, and based on the level of the “match” will submit that candidate to positions they are qualified for. The ultimate goal is to help steer candidates to positions that they are more qualified for.

OperationIT already offers recruiters the ability to share candidates, keep track of applicant flow, collaborate on positions and globally manage IT recruiting needs online. The RazorMatch software enhances these features by increasing the effectiveness of the resume submission process.
