Our web site’s resume submission form requires applicants to give us resume and contact information (including their e-mail address) as well as information regarding their requisite job criteria, e.g., job category, salary range, etc. Subject to limitations defined by the applicant, such information is used by OperationIT.com’s clients to find qualified job applicants. Through security features such as Make Resume Private, job applicants have total control over which companies have access to their resumes.

Information may also be used by OperationIT to contact applicants when necessary. OperationIT will not use information posted on this web site in violation of the terms provided herein. In addition, OperationIT will never sell, market or provide your personal information to any company that is not interested in you for employment reasons. Your email and resume information are securely kept and are inaccessible by unauthorized personnel.

Security.

This web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All credit card information is given over the phone. We do not want you to enter your credit card information on this system. In addition, all applicant and client information is protected against unauthorized access through a password/log-in system.

Applicant.

The only way to gain access to your account is by supplying your e-mail address and password.

Client.

The only way to gain access to your account is by supplying the correct Client ID and password.

Changes/Modifications.

This web site gives users the ability to change or modify the information previously provided. Applicants can edit their resume or modify information previously provided by entering their e-mail address and proceeding to Edit a Resume. Clients can edit their company profile by entering their Client ID and password or change a job posting by contacting us at our contact form .

Deletion.

All applicant resumes and client job postings are active on this web site for six (6) months and (1) month respectively. After six (6) months, all resumes are deleted. After (1) month all job postings are automatically deleted. If a job applicant or OperationIT.com client wants to remove their information from our database prior to the expiration of the three-month period, they may do so simply by "hiding" the information or contacting us at the email below. Applicants may delete their resume(s) in the Applicant Admin Center.
