Methodology
Our PMs are experts in both, the old Waterfall discipline, as well as the more current Agile methodologies. They utilize the process that’s best suited for the organization in terms of its culture, established processes, and team experience.
Where required our PMs and ScrumMasters collaborate with the project owner to prioritize project deliverables and build sprints and forecast releases. They have often seen that a blended or a hybrid schedule works best in most cases.
